1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using the Onyx Router or Setup Guide, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
2. Products & Services
Onyx Router offers two products:
- Full Device ($249) β A pre-configured hardware router with Coronium mobile proxies pre-loaded, shipped to you ready to use.
- Setup Guide ($99) β A complete guide to configure your own hardware as an Onyx Router, including software setup and proxy configuration assistance.
3. Proxy Services
The Onyx Router is compatible with any SOCKS5/HTTP proxy provider. Pre-loaded Coronium proxies are provided through our partnership with Coronium and are subject to their terms of service. You may add proxies from any third-party provider at your own discretion.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Onyx Router only for lawful purposes, including but not limited to:
- Managing social media accounts for content creation
- E-commerce operations on platforms like Amazon, Etsy, and eBay
- Privacy protection and network security
You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms of service of any platform you use through the Onyx Router.
5. No Warranty on Third-Party Platforms
We do not guarantee that using the Onyx Router will prevent account restrictions on any third-party platform including TikTok, Amazon, Instagram, or others. Platform policies change frequently, and results may vary.
6. Intellectual Property
The Onyx Router software, Command Center app, and website content are the intellectual property of Onyx Router. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer our software without permission.
7. Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@onyxrouter.com within 14 days of purchase. Hardware returns must be in original condition. Setup Guide purchases are non-refundable once the guide has been accessed.
8. Limitation of Liability
Onyx Router is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to account bans, data loss, or service interruptions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
